Hello Rashaa,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've checked the page and it is working for me right now. We've recently found that users in some locations are not able to listen to our audio or view our video. Sometimes they have been able to download the audio and then listen to it on their devices. Have you tried that?

In any case, I will report this to our technical team, though in the past I think they have determined that this sort of issue was not under our control.

All the best,
Kirk

Hi Rashaa,

I'm glad you've found a way to listen to the mp3 and to hear that you're able to see the videos. Please let us know if you need any other help.

I wonder why I can't say "we're waiting for meeting Julia." and " we're waiting for the bus" is correct?

Hi Deng hong,

This is just the way native speakers speak English: we use 'wait for' a person or object, but if there is a verb after 'wait' we use a to+infinitive. 'We're waiting to meet Julia' and 'We're waiting for the bus' (or 'We're waiting for Julia') are correct.

All the best,

Hi! I'm trying to do Task 1 and I don't know how I can move sentences to put the events in the correct order. Can you help me, please?

Hello Maite,

To move the items in our tasks, first click on the item and then click on the place where you think it should go. You need two clicks, not drag and drop.

I can't download or play the audio, can any body helping me ? I use chrome browser, I have been trying different browsers, however the problem is the same .

Hello mohamed.adel,

I've checked the audio on the site and it is working correctly. I'm afraid the problem is a local one, either with your device or software, or else related to your location and the internet provider you use. I don't think there is anything we can do to help with this, unfortunately.
