It sounded like the speaker silently mirth after saying "she had the concept of being fat is generally a sin." which that sound for me like she is also supporting it concept and not conscious about the hidden problem of aesthetics nowadays are bit  going too far, I guess.

Hello everybody! I often try to lose weight but rarely I be able to do it because I love eat and above all sweets! I think that the best method to losing weight is go the gym or do physical activities. It is useful  non only for the weight but for all the body! For many years I go to dance school because I love dance and it is the best method to stay in shape for me. :)

i hope that every body enjoy to give those ideas and views which you guys adopted. but for me the most thing is which can help people to be fit is to go sleep earlier and eat less. but unfortunately most of our diet which we every body taking is completely harms of our body. As a result we become sick in early stage of our life for example i have seen many people in spend a lots money to buy fast food which i think bad for our heath.we have to choose right time for eating i means we must ignore to eating every time.the most important tools for me that most people they do not walk in night time when they eat.
