Hi, why I can not watch the movie?there is nothing, what should I do?

Hi,
I'm afraid that users in Iran (and China) cannot see our videos.
However, we think we have found a solution to this problem. Please visit one of our new Word on the Street videos and click where it says Can't see video? Click here! Please tell us if that helps you.
Best wishes,
Adam

i'm from Egypt and i can't see the video why so???

Hello yassmintheflower!

Sorry to hear you're having problems. As Adam says, it doesn't usually affect people in Egypt, so can you help me to find out what the problem is?

  •     Which web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer...?)
  •     What do you see where the videos and tasks should appear? Nothing, or is there a message?
  •     Have you tried any other web pages or videos on LearnEnglish?
  •     Do you still have the same problem if you use a different computer?

Let me know the answers, and we'll try to solve the problem!

Dear Richard,

I find task 3 and 4 very difficult.
The level seemed higher than the other lessons I followed.
I didn't understand from the lesson in task 4 that I had to use words like being.
But I had the feeling that I am understanding more and more of the english language and that I am learning from my mistakes.
Kind regards,

Ron

Dear Ron,
Thanks for your comment and your feedback about tasks 3 and 4. I've changed the instructions, so hopefully they are clearer now. This video series is one of the most advanced on LearnEnglish and so the tasks are also harder than others, so don't worry if you find it difficult!
Best wishes,
Adam

I'm learning at British Council Vietnam. I just learned at Elementary level for two courses. But got every words in these videos and I feel that I beyond this level. In my class, noone can talk to me without my teacher. So I wanna ask you How can I go up to learn on the next level. Thank you very much indeed.

Hello vanhoanbn1990,
I can't really comment on your language level, not being your teacher or having tested you.  The person to speak to about this is your teacher or the course organiser at the British Council.  If they feel you are ready for the next level then I'm sure they will make the necessary arrangements.
In the meantime, keep working and improving.  To find materials of different levels on LearnEnglish you can use the search window on the right.  Type in 'CEFR A2' for materials at an elementary level, or 'CEFR B1' and 'CEFR B2' for higher level materials.  It sounds like you are very motivated and ambitious, so some of these higher level materials will give you a challenge that you might enjoy.
Best wishes and good luck,

Peter
