Hello Sir ..
i have been listening to various audios but when i try to speak to some one it is so difficult to me & am so sad for that & am thinking to leave studing  . If you please advice me

Hello Hatimsulfab
Learning a language is a journey that is full of ups and downs: Sometimes it seems easy to make progress, but at other times nothing seems to change even when you work hard. Don't worry - you are just going through one of those bad patches at the moment.

Many learners have difficulties with speaking, but if you keep trying you will improve. I think it might help you to become more confident if you can find a good friend to help you practice. You can also practice when you are alone: think about conversations you could have and practice what you might say out loud.

Don't be discouraged Hatimsulfab -  keep practicing and you will soon find that your speaking improves.
I hope this helps

 Hello!
I would like to know what is an job application, what is the difference of this and a cover letter.
Thank you.

Hello Lau
A job application covers all the things that are included when we apply for a job. So it includes the cover letter and the CV.
A cover letter, or covering letter, is the letter that introduces the candidate. He or she sends this with his or her CV as part of the job application.
Does this make it clearer?
I hope this helps

Hello!
It will be exactly potential approach in applying for a vacant post or CV arrangement and  Cover letter.
there is used an expression in transcript (Great...so, who have we got then?) this seem strange for me, so possibly some one might be there  share me advices a bout  exact meaning and usage of that.
forward thank you
Jamaluddin

Hello Jamaluddin
This is often used in coversation to ask about people in a group (although it wouldn't be suitable for very formal situations). Philip uses the question to ask Marcia for information about the candidates on her shortlist.
I hope this helps
