Hello!
All videos on your site isn't playing again. Resolve this issue, please.

Hello Ina Piashko,

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with the videos again. I can't find any errors and am able to watch them on my computer at this point, so it's difficult to say what the problem is. If you still can't see them, you might want to try watching them on YouTube. At least this series is there, and there are other videos as well.

All the best,
Kirk

It was a great course for me to familiarise with English that we use at workplace

very good , but still hard to heard clearly for intermediate level like me.

If you upload a sample of cover letter and CV, it would be great!

a person who learns English from the starting can use this side? If "yes" Could you show how to learn? ( I have a friend who want use English mainly for communicating but he doesn't know how to do)

Hello thutrangtong,

Yes, a beginner can use some sections of our site. On our site, the beginner level is called A1. If you go to Step 2 on our Find our your English level page, you can search for pages at the A1 level. I'd recommend the Starting Out video series, and there are also a few Vocabulary Games. We will be expanding the Vocabulary Games later this year, so there will be more available there soon.

It might also be a good idea to search for the A2 level, since there is a lot more material at that level, e.g. English for Emails.

Finally, our Frequently asked questions page has some advice on how to use our site. It will be too difficult for your friend, but if you help them understand it, it might be useful.

Please let us know if there's any other way we can help.

All the best,
Kirk
