I liked this video very much. And the idea of the Eden project is wonderful! It's a pity that in my country we can't see something like this. I respect  Great Britain and the people who do it! I think they are really generous and noble. Thanks to such people our planet has a chance to survive!

Hello ademengin!

Sorry to hear you're having problems! Users in Turkey can normally see our videos, so would you mind answering these questions?

  • Which web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer...?)
  • What computer or phone are you using?
  • What do you see where the videos and tasks should appear? Nothing, or is there a message?
  • Have you tried any other web pages on LearnEnglish?
  • Do you still have the same problem if you use a different computer?

Also, we know some users do have issues, and we are working on alternatives. Please go to our new episodes of Word on the Street – say, Shakespeare - and try the link that says “Can't see video? Click here!”. Let me know if you can see that video OK.
Let's see if we can sort out your issue!

Hello Kaofeng!

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the video, especially after your kind comments on other pages! Unfortunately, users in some countries do have difficulties seeing our videos, and they are not available for download. We do not have an answer for these Britain is Great videos at the moment.

However, we are trying a new solution. You may already have seen the videos for our Word on the Street video series. If you haven't, try Flathunting – underneath the main video you will see a link that says 'Can't see video? Click here!'. Please give it a try, and let us know how it works – that way, we can move more of our videos to the new system. Apologies again, and enjoy the rest of the site!

Best wishes,
