Hello! I only would like to know why I don't find anymore the "Word on the street" series in the list of the home page. Thank you very much for your answer. Bye!

Hi Iellablu,

You can find Word on the Street in our Skills > Listening section, or by going directly the Word on the Street section, though it's true that it doesn't appear in the drop-down menus any more. This is because we've been reorganising and updating the site, and we'll soon be publishing brand-new content as well.

Very interesting place to visit this Candem market, I would like visit it and walk all of their stands and choose many interesting stuffs that i can't not get in my country, Peru.
thanks learning English Team

In this episode of Word on the street I saw the writing above (1970's). I've learned that the correct way is 1970s.

Hello Bete,

There is no universally accepted rule for this. As far as I know, in American English the apostrophe tends to be used whereas in British English it is not. This means that probably the apostrophe is incorrect here. I'll check with our proofreader and then correct it if so.

Thanks for pointing this out to us!

Thanks for your feedback.

Very interesting these two video about Camden. It recalls me when I was living there...

These people are not satisfied inside themselves and they try to be satisfied outside.

why i can not see it ?I mean i can not turn it on ????

Hello nathan322,

I've just checked the video and can see no problems with it. It plays on my computer, so I'd suggest trying a different browser or even a different device. If you still can't see it after that, please let us know what browser and browser version you're using and we'll look into it.

All the best,
