  • Should Carolina talk to Emily? Should Jamie talk to Cameron?
  • What would you do in that situation?

Hello everyone. From the last episode, I've learnt that we use "on" for a bus or a train , but use "in" for a taxi or a car. but I noticed that Donjeta(one listerner) says ‘I enjoy being on my own(refering to his car)'in this episode. I was really confused. Is that right?
Best regards.

Hello intestine,

The phrase here is 'on my own' and it doesn not describe where a person is but rather means 'by myself' (i.e. not with other people).

We can say, for example, I enjoy being on my own in my car.

Best wishes,

hello Peter. I see. Thank you very wishes

I think Carolina should talk Emily about Cameron coz she is Emily's bestfriend. It will be better to know early , so that Emily can decide what she should and she have more time to think about it. For Emily ,it will be better to hear that bad news from her best friend .

I think Jamie should to talk to Cameron but Carolina should to wait for the situation after Jamie talking to Cameron. I will persuade him not to do this for his girlfriend.

Thank you. I really appreciate it.

Dear Team.
In serie four, episode two, Carolina was with Emily and she sang a song: "Oh, Emily, with your lovely blue eyes, and your yellow hair, dang, dang, dang", and Emily says: " blonde hair Carolina, not yellow."
I am confusing, becuause I am begining. What is the correct way?
On the other hand, in episode four Carolina was her boyfriend Jamie, once again she sang "oh, Emily, with your lovely blue eyes, and your yellow hair, dang, dang, dang". But here, Jamie do not correct her.
Please, would you like telling me which is the right one?

Hello anaisavecas,

'blond' is correct and not 'yellow'. This shows that learning new words can require some effort! It might help to think of 'blond' as 'rubio/a' and yellow as 'amarillo/a' in Spanish.

All the best,

I think that Carolina should tell what she saw to Emily because she's her best friend. Not telling her is the same like being part of a lie and in any time Emily will find out about the other girl. A good friend would do that.
About Cameron, he is not honest because he knew that he had the engagement of being with Emily, so he played and took advantage of the trust that Emily had. It's not fair.

I bet Carolina should talk with Emily because she is her friend and Cameron is just a boy she knows. However, Cameron and Emily sholud fix their problems by themselves.
