Feedback
Mostly ‘a’ answers
Congratulations, you are as fit as an Olympian! You exercise regularly, maybe a bit too much, eat the right kind of food and feel great. You have a lower chance of heart disease and will probably live longer but you don’t have to spend every minute training!
Mostly ‘b’ answers
You are nearly as fit as an Olympic athlete. You exercise regularly, eat the right kind of food and feel great. Because you are so fit you have a lower chance of heart disease and will probably live longer! Well done!
Mostly ‘c’ answers
You do some exercise but are a long way off being as fit as an Olympian. You could do a bit more training and help reduce your chance of getting heart disease. Still, you do some physical activity and probably know you should do more.
Mostly ‘d’ answers
You know how to enjoy your life and don’t let exercise get in your way. You enjoy fast food, sitting down and taking life at a slower pace. If you did more exercise then you would be less likely to get heart disease and might even live longer.
General feedback
It takes years to become an Olympian and some athletes can spend 4 to 5 hours a day training. It’s punishing and needs commitment and dedication.
If you want to stay healthy, the UK government recommends that you should do two and a half hours of moderate exercise every week or one and a quarter hours of hard training. Moderate exercise could be fast walking or cycling or even gardening, and hard training would be running or a game of tennis or squash.
