Respected Sir,
It is appreciable if you give note or comment that will show that "Why the selected answer by user is wrong?".
Actually, whenever I made mistake in given solution while selecting answers, I wonder that where i'll find the reason behind that.?
So If possible then attach note with answers or at least link to topic  that will cover given answer in detail.

Why we don't put (the) before (Danube) in spite of it's a name of a river?

I'm not sure what you mean here! The exercise on this page does use The with the Danube - just remember to use a capital T, because it's the first word of the sentence.

Let me know if you're still having problems!

I missed the article for "The Danube..." just because I typed in lower case. How annoying is that? :)
