Hello Mahmoud,
Have you tried contacting the test centre where you took IELTS? They will be able to give you advice on what their procedure is in this situation.
Good luck with your IELTS!

Hello! :)
I´m taking IELTS exam-Academic module on Semtember 17th and I need to get 7.0!
But I have one important question about the exam (I couldn´t find any information on this). Does anyone know whether indefinite articles a/an or proper names count among 150/250 limit?
Thank you very much in advance. :)

Hi,
I took IELTS exam two years ago and unfortunately I got 5.5 inspite I need 6.5+ for immigration purpose. lately, I have decided to re take the exam so I need your advice on how getting higher score.
The problem I think it was the technique of the exam not in the language it self.
