Hello Mohamed,
Congratulations on your excellent results - 7.5 is a really good band!
I agree with you that you need to focus on your speaking, but don't forget that you once got 6.5 for your writing. You need to be sure you can reliably get the 7.5 you scored in one of the tests if you want to get a better score.
As for your speaking, it's obviously very hard for me to say without hearing you speak! Your best move would be to find a teacher who is very familiar with the IELTS speaking test and work with them to bring up your score. There could be any number of reasons why you can't get over 6.5. You might not be developing the part 2 topic enough or there might be a problem with your pronunciation or you might not be using sufficiently complex sentences - or it might be something completely different.
There are some tips on this site - perhaps they will help too.
Best wishes,
Adam

hello sir please can you help me to prapare my ielts exam because my level is very poor in english
thanks
Hello Adam,
Thank you for your reply. I will try to find a local teacher for this purpose. You are right, I may not be able to use complex structures effectively during part 2, and I always stuck in one tense. For example, if I should speak about the past, I always use the past simple tense, I cannot easily embed uses for past perfect or present perfect tenses smoothly while I am speaking.
I will have a look on the mentioned tips and I hope that works.
Regards,
Mohamed

Hi,
IELTS knows that some candidates have medical problems with their speech and tries to be fair to them. You need to contact the test centre where you plan to take the exam as soon as possible - don't wait until a week before the exam! They may need to contact IELTS head office and you may need to provide some documents, so please contact them soon, even if you don't have a test booked yet.
The staff at your test centre may not have dealt with this situation before, so if they are unsure what to do, ask to speak to the examinations manager.
Best wishes,
Adam
