Hi and thank you so much for your amazing website... If you do not mind I have a question. What are the differences between these sentences?
1. We have known each other for 2 years.
2. We have been knowing each other for 2 years.

I was wondering if you can help me.

Hello peyman,

The first sentence has a verb in the present perfect and the second has a verb in the present perfect continuous. We actually have a page on this topic specifically - you can find it here - which I think will clarify it for you.

Thank you for the podcast offer, it is really helpful.
I have a request about it.
Is it possible to put all the podcast on Youtube? Then we can listen to all the podcast at one time when we are doing house work or walking. Regards.

Hello Brighton Taiwan,

Thank you for your suggestion. The podcasts are audio rather than video recordings so I'm not sure they would really suit a video channel such as YouTube but I will pass your suggestion on to the team.

Best wishes,

Thank you!

I really like the Elementary Podcasts, because it helped me to improve my English. My favorite episode was that one when Carolina got a bad cold and said she was constipated, it was funny.
