That's good thinking, but no, 'need' is a noun in this sentence. 'a real business need reason' is the noun phrase subject of the verb 'there must be' (which is the verb 'there is' used with the modal verb 'must').

This noun phrase is a bit unusual. Normally 'need' and 'reason' don't go together like this. If this was a written text, I'd change it to 'real business need' or 'real business reason', which express the same idea, really.

In the initial start up days, the number of activities happen use to be very less, hence we were recording all our activities by pen and note books, over the period of time our activities started increasing so we were forced to appoint new employees to take care of additional jobs. Some of the new employees brought different culture to the organisation that has forced to change our working pattern what ever we were doing.
Slowly computer came, we were forced to move from manual pattern of work to digital, initially we were very much afraid of moving the job from manual to digital thinking in digital we will not be able to remember the way we use to remember the things in manual and also we were all afraid of losing our job,.Hence we were not supporting initially but slowly management team understood our fear and helped us in removing the doubts.
Later, our sales expanded exponentially , we became managers by the time, during that point of time data become very important, hence we moved from simple systems to ERP systems. In the organisational level several changes happened because of ERP implementation.
So change is the one thing that does not change

People resist to change because they may not have liked the idea proposed for change. In my practical experience all changes proposed are not good, because some of the changes may not have tested properly, whereas the implementer wanted to implement his idea because of pressure or ego.
Some of the practices might have worked in all robust conditions some times the management wants to implement the change in the process for testing purpose or to understand the effect of change.
Change is always not right or wrong.

I have been working as a Planning Director for many years. What I've seen during a serious change process most of the experienced staff show resistance in different ways. A majority of people think that the current methods they use in their worklife are the most experienced and proven ones that work the best. I should admit that it is getting difficult to learn new methods and ways of working. Younger generations are full of energy and willing to learn new things. And the capacity of acquiring is higher at younger ages. I think that succesfull changes in companies have to provide both old and new generations to be involved in the process. Only in this way the company get benefit from the experince of old workers and energy of younger ones.

In any company or society there must be a change after a time of practicing a way of production, the change in management bring new vision, new skills and different procedures . some people resist to this change and don’t try to cope with it , they think these new manners are difficults to practice because they don’t want to learn and develop their skills , so they are lazy . Others think that the new procedures are strange and not helpful, they think there will be risk . this is a negative thought
Some times the employees don’t have the change requirements , so the leaders need new employees with the right qualification to practice these procedures .

The great problem to face during implementation stage for change is staff or management executives' resistance to changes, this arise due to conflict of their interests or fear of unknown on the changes. Therefore, some harsh decisions may need to made in order to accomplish the changes.
