Elephants, Bananas and Aunty Ethel

I looked at my watch and saw that it was going backwards. “That’s OK” I was thinking. “If my watch is going backwards, then it means that it’s early, so I’m not late for work at all…” and then I woke up. Again.

Hello Shuvanjan,
Have you checked the meanings of 'wake up' and 'get up' in a dictionary, such as the one on our website?
Best wishes,

Hello

I saw the news that two elephants run about wildly in the town in Southern India on 8 June 2011. The elephants attacked a cow have been tied and kicked motorcycles and killed a man.

Instantly, I reminded this story"elephants-bananas-and-aunty-Ethel"

Maybe Aunty Ethel 's  nephew saw elephants only in his  strange dream.

But in India, that was an obvious fact!!

Please take care wild elephants.
