Hello,
Is it the video or the exercises you can't see?
Do you have access to a computer that you can test the page on, so we can check if the problem is your Galaxy or something else?
Best wishes,

I couldn't answer question number 5 correctly. Can you please tell me how should we decide weather "b" is correct or "c"? It's true that the second person is answering right away with no previous plans but when the term "definitely" is being used,I think it means that the person planing it for the future. Also we can think of it as another point of view : the man is promising. I really confused

Do not pay too much attention to the word definitely. It is used here as a synonym to of course

Hi there.
I`m called Maryam and I`m trying to improve my listening.I`ve got a question from you. what is more effective to make my listening better?  listen and read the transcript together or just listen without knowing the exact words?

Hello Maryam!

Welcome to the site! In answer to your question, the best answer is – both. The first (and maybe the second) time you listen, you shouldn't worry about understanding every word. If you understand the general idea, that's great. You can check your understanding by doing the 'Comprehension' Tasks. When you've tried those, go back and listen again while reading the transcript. You can pause the video at any time and check new words in the Cambridge Dictionaries Online box.

Hope that helps!

hi Maryam. i think at first  you should  listen to a audio file for 3 times and after than you should listen and read the transcript together and now you only listen its and write, read and listen   the new words .
