i don't know why in question 3 task 2, "had baby" is a thing but i can't use have got? or "had baby" is a action?

I was confusing that why using " I've/She's +got" not "I've/She's+ gotten"?????
It's present perfect tense, isn't it??? So why use "got" not "gotten"??
How about "I/She had + got/gotten"?????!!!!!!

Thanks for your question.
I think it comes down to personal style. In most grammars, you'll find got and gotten as the past participle forms of get.
In general, the British use got whereas the Americans use gotten, so it depends on which style you prefer or need to use.
