Hi James-canada,

Those are two interesting idioms, but they are slightly different from what you have written:

The first is 'come hell or high water' and the second is '(that's) a blessing in disguise'.

To check items like this you can use the dictionary search tool on the right.  It will give you a definition, plus some useful grammatical and phonological information so it's a very useful tool.  Try typing in 'hell or high water' and 'a blessing in disguise' and you'll get the information you are looking for.

Best wishes,

Hi James,

Glad to hear that you found the answers in the dictionary. I'm afraid we're a small team at LearnEnglish and we don't have time to correct users' English. Perhaps you can find another user and see if you can help each other?

Best wishes,

hi!! this website is the best. :) congratulations. I have a doubt: Does the language focus video have a transcript too? if is yes, i can't see it.

Hi Ma. Luisa,
Thank you for the warm words.  It's nice to know the website is helpful and that people are enjoying using it.
The main listening texts have transcripts but I'm afraid the Language Focus section does not.  However, you can listen to it as many times as you like, which should help you understand it.
Best wishes,
