We read all messages sent to us, but sadly we cannot help with every request. Here are some examples of emails we cannot help with:
- Requests for help with your English study or questions about English. We don't have enough staff to offer personal email advice to all our users. However, we do try to answer as many of the comments on this website as we can, so please ask your question on one of the pages here.
- General questions about the British Council. If the British Council website doesn't have the information you are looking for, you can contact the enquiries desk directly.
- Questions about the British Council in your country. We are a global website and we don't know about everything that's happening with the British Council in every country. Please visit the British Council website for your country - you can find a list of websites for each country here.
- Requests for recommendations of courses, organisations or materials. If you are interested in studying in the UK, please visit Study UK or if you are interested in learning English in the UK, please visit EnglishUK.
If you have a different question, please fill in the form below or send your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any personal information that we ask for is to give us general information about site users (for example, location), and all personal information such as email addresses will be used only if we need to contact you. We will not pass personal information to any third parties.
If you have found a technical problem with the site then please use the optional fields at the end of the form to help us fix the problem.
We do appreciate your comments and your feedback will help to make LearnEnglish a better site for you.
