Hi Elgun,
Have you looked up 'bear' in the Cambridge Dictionaries Online box on the right hand side of the page? That should give you the answer.
If you're still confused after you've done that, let us know.

Hi Elgun,

It sounds like you understand it now, but just in case, of the 9 different meanings listed in the dictionary, the first one (accept) is the relevant one here.

You are welcome to ask questions here in the comments, so please do ask yours!

Hi Elgun,

We try to help LearnEnglish users as best we can, but our primary purpose is to develop and maintain the site, as well as help people use it.

There are many issues to consider, such as language, funding, as well as of course being admitted to the universities you're interested in. I'd suggest you do some research on the internet for this kind of information - for example, you could search for "study in Poland", "study in Hungary", etc. I expect you can find a lot of useful information by doing this.

Good luck!

thank you Kirk! I understood ;) so it is need some time and future!

hello again ! I have noticed something when Stephen says (It does seem pretty quiet) i noticed that it is not ( It does seems pretty quiet) The verb is without adding the (s) agreement with the singular pronoun( It) , so what is the right way in saying it ?or we can use both ways( It does seem ) ( it does seems). thanks

Hi littlemoon86,

The correct form is what Stephen says: it does seem. When do/does is used as an auxiliary verb (which is the case here), the form that follows it is the infinitive form (without to), just like in questions and negative statements in the present simple.

Hello , could I ask, please? what does this sentence mean ? I searched in dictionary and i can't find the meaning . (her flat is too pink!)
one comment about Ashely . It 's quite new for me that you have to repair anything broken yourself!!! and Stephen is just passing her tools not doing teh repairing instead of her !! How strange !!

Hello littlemoon86,

The sentence is giving an opinion that, while some pink colour might be nice, too much is not good - and the flat has too much.  Perhaps all the walls, and the ceiling, and the furniture are pink - I think that would be too much!

I suppose Stephen could help a bit more, but Ashley lives alone so she's probably used to repairing things by now - and is probably better than Stephen at it with all the practice she has!

Best wishes,

Peter
