this website is helping me a lot to improve my English knowledge but i have to ask a question, is it wrong if you say "who is responsible to this mess?"

Glad to hear the website is helping you!
I'm afraid that you can't use 'to' after 'responsible' as in your example. Certain adjectives are followed by certain prepositions and that's one of the things you must learn in English...

I am sorry, but I am not sure we can help you with that! Maybe you should talk to your internet company if it takes a really long time. Are other pages on LearnEnglish also slow?

Sorry to hear you're having problems! So I can help you, could you answer these questions?

  • Which web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer...?)
  • What computer or phone are you using?
  • What do you see where the tasks should appear? Nothing, or is there a message?
  • Have you tried any other web pages on LearnEnglish?
  • Do you still have the same problem if you use a different computer?
