Hello,
The verb 'to be' is not normally used with the present continuous, but when the meaning is connected with behaviour then it is possible.

At the moment the only way to communicate with other members of LearnEnglish is via the comments. We plan to introduce other systems in the future.

Dear Monfared,
There are many English exams, but for immigration to Australia, the only test I know about is IELTS. There is some information about IELTS in Germany here.
