I can't see any of the questions or exercises in the task box when I click on it. Just instructions. I'm on a managed desktop. Is that the reason or is there another possibly?

Hello dinahward,

I think it's more likely a browser issue. Are you by chance using Firefox? We've found that the exercises don't display in Firefox and are working to fix this, but in the meantime, I'd suggest you try a different browser. If that doesn't work, please let us know what operating system you use and what version of what browser you are using. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Best wishes,

dear sir
can you suggest me the steps of improving writing skills.

Hello vikram88,

You can find tips and suggestions on how to improve writing on our Help page, and you can find more specific work on academic writing in this section. Beyond that, it really depends on what you want to write: writing creative fiction is very different from writing formal letters, for example. The best advice I can give is to read as much as possible and to look for models and samples of the kind of writing you wish to do, from which you can take phrases and examples of how to organise the text. These are the most useful things you can do, in my opinion.

Best wishes,

I want to learn email(professional) wiring skill. can any one guide me on this.

Hello Sangeetha,

I'm not sure what kind of email you wish to write, other than a formal/professional one, but you can find information on this and related topics in our Business & Work section. For example, in our series 'You're Hired' you can follow the whole hiring process, including writing emails.

Best wishes,
