I am very glad to see the great ways here of beating stress by “S-T-R-E-S-S ” . Thank you very much for sharing.
I'd like to take action and apply these tips to my life moving forward. I do believe it will help a lot and everyone should have a try by this way, as the tips are really good, I am sure

Stress is common to most people nowadays. Some of my daily activities are stressful for me, like caring for a baby and cooking meals. These are mundane tasks that cause a lot of stress. Doing the same works everyday is quite boring.
Exercise is my way of releasing stress. I take a walk everyday to relax and it gives me time to think about myself. While walking, I can think and plan better.
Information about stress is very helpful because it make us aware about our condition. Recognizing and acknowledging your present situation and circumstances is important. Making list and schedule can reduce pressure. Also, developing some new hobbies help a person to focus other things instead of concentrating on  problems and a great way to eliminate tension. Personally, the practical way of releasing stress is exercise is like walking. 
I believe, stress can be a driving force to excel because one would not  want to stay on the same condition. They would find ways to get out from it. Finding other activities would eventually lead a person to discover new things, thus, it helps her to understand better about herself.

Hi at all:
In my opinion, the stress is a common feeling in our days and in a full wide of ages from young people to adult ones. And in addition to that it has a great influence in health. We shout take it seriously then. 
I'm not a doctor, but what I know  by myself is I don't feel good stressed. Our skin is  pretty sensitive at it, getting dried.
And the brain doesn't work at their best performance. It's true it runs faster but at the same time becomes more superficial, we lose deepness in our thoughts.
When we feel good and vital is when we can do our best, therefore to be stressed isn't the better way to live, or to work or doing anything.
What I advise is to make sport or do exercise in order to  fight against the stress.

Hi! I think that the S-T-R-E-S-S thing is very useful. If people would be more optimistic, they will be healthy (physical & psychic). Nowadays, all jobs are stressful and the employees have to work overtime, most of them, in from of the computers. As the speaker says, keeping oneself in shape copes with the stress. So, if you work many hours in front of the computers, you have to find other things which reduces the stress (for example, I listen instrumental music) or you can cut out some activities from your schedule to have time to do some exercises. Also, is very important to talk with someone such as your friend or a psychologist.

Absolutely very useful topic. When I am stress the first thing I do to reduce  my stress is listening to music or sometimes cleaning my house. After that I feel better.

It is true that every one cannot be escape or hide from the stress the important is how to manage your stress so it will be advance for us, honestly right now I get stress because i have face many think to do in my office but i try to positive   thinking that i will make me more strong or at least  I have solve problem if i find the same problem in the future. of course it is not easy to change mind set the the stress can be give  advance for us, but I believe if we stay calm and always positive think  when face any situation  and any condition , we will find get advance form the stress. so stay cool & happy guy !!!.

hi,everybody  has stress.if you can cope with the stress,means you can face the challenge.if i had a stress , i could not have a nice sleep cause it would bothering me the whole night .after the stress ,i will have a good night sleep.
a good and well arrange schedule will definitely release the tension. e for expectation really inspire me !

right now I'm living very stressful moments because I'm waiting my exam's result and to reduce this stress I just try to sleep and forget a bit about the exam and I enjoy swimming it's my favourite sport and I think that the best way to reduce my stress is to talk with people who I don't know because They are not going to ask me about it.

Thank you for this topic it's really useful, When i feel i have stress the first thing i do to reduce my stress it is play football and some time i meet with friends, Also sleep is good to  reduce stress.
