For me, it's helpful to exercise and manage your time to beat stress and achieve your plans,sometimes,i fell worried and tense according to my job and Daily activities,but i try to do my best and resolve end users problems,you can also doing great job under is a full of ups and down,so,be confident and enjoy your life and don't have a gloomy view.

I want to learn more vocabulary through this site.  I learn medical English in Japan.  Want to be able to handle a variety of English expressions.

My everyday life is not tense and stressful at all but some time. I have recently graduated from university so it's a big change. When I was still a student, life is easy and not too much pressure. But now, I have to start to live by my own. I have to find a job, to keep up with new environment - work it's more stressful.
When i am stressed, i try to be relaxed with my favored activities like: reading book, listening music, shopping with friend...After that i am in a good mood to continue.
I think "STRESS" theory is helpful and i really enjoy it. But i think if you always have stress in work, may be it is not a right work for you. May be you should find another one.

I've really enjoyed this article and the stress theory. However, I guess there are positive aspects in stress. It makes you appreciate the time you spend with good friends and in may case with good literature.
Besides, I'm a lucky person because I love my job and my family so I  usually enjoy holidays as well as weekdays.

I can say that most of the time I feel stressed particularly at work and I think that I 'm not the one in this situation. Nowadays stress is inseparable from our daily life. To relieve and reduce stress I try to be cool and positive. Generally we  are stressed when we are in difficult situation : deadline, financial worry, .... In this case I try to be steady one's nerves. I tell myself that it is not the worse situation so I have no need to stress and panic. Making exercises of respiration help to be calm and quiet.  And in my opinion, forestall the difficulties that you may have  is one element to avoid stress.
It is said that stress is also a motivating force to drive you to do better. I think so. I recognize stress as our natural defense when we are in bad situation. Stress is automatically created by our organism to make us stronger, clever and spider in our actions.

I think stress is a problem nowadays.I am a pupil and I am always stressed: I have homeworks,I review for the tests,I prepare for the group work....... I sometimes spent weekends learning. Perhaps when I have lunch with my friends in the school canteen I have fun!!
well, I think STRESS theory is a good solution because it may reduce stress and make me relaxed

Well, I think almost everybody live stressed nowadays. The world we have created, the system we live in, make us to live acelerated all the time.
Most people don't realize, but they are stressed. We always are thinking about the next thing we have or want to do, and instead of living the moment, we are worried about the future, so, a precious time scape from us without notice. That is Stress.
When you are stressed, your life pass like in a dream, you are not conscious of things happening around you and in fact, you are not happy.
I practice yoga to feel better with me and with the people, to cope with my work, and to learn to live relaxed, quite, and happy.
