Hello Hasamudin Sultani

I would recommend you visit our Facebook page, where our team sometimes posts links to sites where you can do this kind of thing. Here on LearnEnglish, our House Rules don't allow you to share the kind of personal information you need to contact other users to speak with them.

You're welcome to write to other users here in the comments, though, and you might find some of our Speaking and Listening sections useful, too.

All the best

Hi asadulhaq,

It's great that you want to speak English with someone, but I'm afraid there is no way to do that or arrange that here on LearnEnglish. Our House Rules, which are designed to protect our users' privacy, do not allow you to share the kind of personal information you would need to exchange to do that.

You might want to check out our Facebook page, where our Social Media team share lots of useful links to other sites where you can improve your English.

All the best,
The LearnEnglish Team

Sounds a bit naive.
Actually, in most cases, stress is a result of real problems - small or big ones, doesn't matter.
It's unlikely that you can cope with your problems just by smiling, sleeping, doing exercices etc.
To resolve the problems and thus avoid the stress you have to ACT.
Because without having something done your problems will grew worse and worse. And so does your stress.

So, I'd prefer to add article to this - A-S-T-R-E-S-S, where the first 'A' is for 'ACT':)

As a college student in a technical field, I admit that I am having a very stressful life and I can not find ways or even hobbies to decrease my stress level.Sometimes , I feel like it is getting out of control and I can not help it ...

one of the reasons of a stressful life is the thought "life is uncontrolled". if you think you can not control your life you will be depressed. you should know you can do your best and if something goes wrong, that problem isn't your fault.

I can understand you. I think, you should share your thoughts with your relatives or close friends. Did you try discussion about your worries?

Not really, because, frankly I am too shy to admit that I can not do something, I can not admit that I almost fail in my studies because I used to have excellent marks at high school and I am not in position in which I can comfortably admit things because all people that I know including my family expect me to succeed and achieve brilliant work ....

i think the effective way of get rid of stress is watching funny video. the effect brings you immediately. Talking with people having positive thinking and giving you love is good way, too.
