Hollo every one ,here in sweden people always  work as internship or trial basis for ages ,for me i still work as an internship for ages since last year, idont knaw realy what to do if i  say no no one  is giving me  food and what to eat ,realy is very terribile

I have been working for more than 10years at the same company. It is very normal to work for same company  until retirement age in Japan.  But recently some people change their jobs easily. It may be important to step up the job by changig the company, but it is more important  to improve the skill and gain mutual trust.
