I like to study in a calm place, without music, please. In the morning I get to learn with more facility. But not always I get to study in this conditions that I like.

Dear creator

I'm learning English from the British Council and I have become better. I meant it's really useful, so I'll gonna show it to my friends. Maybe they will play with it.

Hello Iydouch
Reading books outside or in public maybe is a good idea in your country, but i do not like to read books in public, for i live in Shanghai, a big city in China where is very crowded and the people here usually speak aloud in public, i will not focus on what i am reading if someone speaks loudly around me. I prefer to read in the libraries where all readers would be keep quite and i can focus on the books.
Best Wishes,

Helo admin, I am a new learner so please guide me how to start for improving my English? I thanks for your kind guide lines.

Hi everybody,my name's Laura and I'm from Italy..well, I'm 34 years old so it's been a long time since I studied something in the truest sense of the word, but I never had problems to study nor with loud music nor with the tv on, it has always irked me only if there were other people in my same room because I've always been used to study and then repeat aloud what I was studying, so I've always enjoyed studying alone.Recently I started studying English a little more seriously again, and I must say that the old habits haven't changed much. Sometimes I still listen to music or I keep the tv on and even now I prefer to do all of this when I'm alone at home or when they're all in bed now!! :) this is my relaxing time,my favourite time, with British Council and BBC Learning English.
Thank you all for everithing, you're great!!love!

Hello Adam and Jo,

I prefer to study at night when everybody is sleeping. I used to sleep few hours then I woke up after the midnight to study until I go to school.

Studying in the day isn't useful for me because I can't be alone in my room while my family members are out talking or doing something. When I studied in the day, I used to leave my room every few minutes to see what they were doing. I like to share them everything they do so studying at night is better for me.
