Hi krig,

Could you give an example of using the present perfect in the way you mean? That sounds strange to me, but perhaps I've misunderstood. The present continuous is often used in sentences with 'always' when we're speaking about something that happens again and again – not so much a habit as something that tends to happen, e.g. rain in London. See our present continuous page for an explanation and examples.

All the best,

anyone answer my question.....

Hello ahmedjoker,

Please be patient when waiting for replies. We are a small team here at LearnEnglish and dealing with questions and comments is something we do in addition to our main role, which is maintaining and extending the materials on the site. Sometimes it takes some time for us to answer questions, particularly when we receive a large number of questions.

Best wishes,

Peter
