Hello Muhammad_jamil,

At the British Council we have certain rules about commenting on publications and we cannot recommend any particular books, including dictionaries. I'm sorry not to be able to help you, but the British Council can't be seen to be favouring any particular publisher. My advice to you is to visit the websites of the major ELT publishers - this would include Pearson, OUP, CUP and Macmillan, for example, and see what dictionaries they offer. All modern dictionaries offer electronic and paper versions, so you should be able to try them out online to see which is easiest for you to use.

Best wishes,

Peter
