Hello Kirk,
I am Ahmed from Egypt ... may I ask you how much time tacking to talk English like americans people?
thank you very much

Hello Ahmed,

I wish I could give you an answer, but it really depends on too many things. First of all, each learner is different: some learn more quickly, some more slowly; some are able to pick up on pronunciation quickly, while others cannot. Some people have more time available to study and practise, and some people are more motivated to keep going when progress seems slow. I'm afraid there is no one answer to this, but I can tell you that I have never met a single person who was not able to succeed in this, provided they persevere. After all, we have all already successfully learned at least one language!

Best wishes,

The LearnEnglish Team
