What I have founded more challenging to learning english is the pronuntiation because my mother language is spanish so we don´t use some of the muscles of tha face to do some spanish sounds, but at the same time it was been diverted that I was repeating and repeating several times on my english online classes some words that it results very difficult to me, at the end, I have done right, and I feel fine.

Hi. From whare shold i start ?? I am in pre intermediat1 level .

Hello batooldirar,

I'd suggest you first read the advice on how to get the most out of our site on our Frequently asked questions page and then that you try Elementary Podcasts series 3 episode 1. Take your time with each episode -- there is a lot there and it's best to work through it with time than to hurry to the next episode.

If you have any questions or need help, please let us know. Good luck!

All the best,

I can't get the meaning of that sentence " I can put the coat in the boot "
Can anyone explain it

Hello Morsy2016,

In this context 'the boot' is the part of a car, usually at the back, where you can put luggage, boxes - or your coat, if you like.

How to write polite reminder email to client(High level ) which statements correct below.
a. did you get a chance to look into this issue.
b. have you got a chance to look into this issue.
c. have you had a chance to look into this issue

Hello PrasadK,

Both (a) and (c) are possible, but which verb form of the two to use will depend on the context and the situation. You can find information on each form (the past simple in (a) and the present perfect in (c)) on our grammar pages.

You might find this series on writing emails useful also.

Hello benxie,

I suppose it could be the speed of the network, but I'd recommend you try viewing the video in another browser and installing the Adobe Flash Player on your device. This might help you see the video.
