Rarely, infact I use message from Iphone and I leave a voice note to the person with I'm talking in that moment.
I prefer to leave voicemail message. Rarely I make phone calls because I don't like. :)

If you are using a computer, you can right-click on the audio player and choose 'Save As'. If you're using another device, I'm afraid it depends on what the device is.

Ni, I never make voicemail message to anyone in English. I usually leaves a message or when I feel it's urgent then I make phone calls. Voicemail message is not good for me.
