No, I have never made calls in English.

I never did that in English language. I think it's very important for a company. when a client calling you but at this moment your so busy you can set auto reply.

No, I never make phone calls in English, but I would like to try it.

I prefer to call at other moments because I feel that my messages don't arrive or I feel uncertain about if the message was clear for the other person. by the way, I never have spoken in English with another person, I hope to do it soon.

I usually don't leave a voicemail messages because in my country (Brazil), we don't have the habit do It.
