Choosing a conference venue

The International Centre

Whether you are looking for a conference venue or a place to have your meetings and your training days, the International Centre is the perfect modern space for your event.

Offering free Wi-Fi, secure parking and all-day refreshments, the International Centre has 120 meeting rooms and a theatre for up to 1,000 people.

The Grand West

The Grand West is a country house surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful scenery, only a 30-minute drive from the airport.

With 76 hotel rooms, 12 meeting rooms and a conference room that takes up to 200 people, the Grand West offers free Wi-Fi and a whiteboard in every room.

when i go to a meeting or conference i prefere the venue has got wifi in every room. for me is importante that my room has got a little fridge, a tv and autonomus heating. It is best if there is also a swimming pool or a big garden full of flowering trees where i can do a long walk alone and take a lots of photos.

The most important facilities for me are swimming pool and Wi-Fi, all-day refreshments are also sounds good.

WiFi is very essential for me. Besides, I prefer the conference venue near to the city center and need all-day refreshments.

in my opinion, you need to drink cofe or tea during events and its important to have a joyful rest to recovery, so i prefer to have hotel room and non busy pool during my residence for confrence if possible

The most important facilities that should be there in a meeting or conference are such as large screen, projector, sound system, PC and internet connectivity. For a compliment, the supporting facilities must be in good condition such as toilet, bedroom, meeting room, dining room, parking area, and others. All of them should be clean and cozy for a guest.

This is very interisting information. My company always arrange meeting for training or discussing for our staff. I want to join the conference in the place, where is refresing all the day.

If I go to any meeting or confrence
I need secure parking, refreshment etc.
After meeting if I wish to go for shopping or anywhere then it is necessary for venue to be at the center of the city.
