Hi!
I was surprised by the phrase "£1.60 change" , now I know what it means, thanks!
And also I was surprised by the phrase "Top Sounds" . It means the same as and "it says" . Am I right?

Hi NotnA,

'Top Sounds' is the name of the magazine. We sometimes use 'top' to mean 'great' or 'really good' and 'sounds' can mean 'music' in informal conversation. Thus, 'top sounds' could mean 'great music'.

Is that everything?
Have you got cold ones?

"No, it is fine, thanks". I have not heard this before.

It’s fun to chat with shopkeepers at the shop.

Top sounds and is that everything?

Have you got cold ones?

I learned the phrases "Top sounds," and " Have you got cold ones?" for the first time.

I have learned the use of "got" and of "ones".

Is that everything?
