you and they
We use you to talk about people in general including the speaker and the hearer:
You can buy this book anywhere > This book is on sale everywhere.
You can’t park here > Parking is not allowed here.
They don’t let you smoke in here > No smoking here
We use they or them to talk about people in general:
They serve good food here.
Ask them for a cheaper ticket.
… especially about the government and the authorities:
They don’t let you smoke in here.
They are going to increase taxes.
They are building a new motorway.
They say it’s going to rain tomorrow.

Hello Learning English Team. I am Merna, and I would like to ask. Could I download the videos and how? If not, please help us, so the learners will be able to download it. Thankyou!
Hello, I'm a school teacher and I teach English Language and English Grammar there. Sometimes I use some techniques taken from internet for grammatical practice. After using this sort of techniques, I've found satisfactory result. Anyway, I want some good suggestion which will turn an adequate accomplishment in leaning communicative English effectively.

Hello,
I think your question would probably be best asked on TeachingEnglish, our sister site.
Best wishes,

Hello LearnEnglish team, I have a small question regarding the above practice. Answer for the question "What is the way from London to Oxford ?" is given as "How do you get from London to Oxford ?" ..... Could you please tell me "How do I get the way from London to Oxford ?" is appropriate one ?? Because here we are asking someone the way we have to go......right ?

Hello sripad!
I'm afraid your suggestion is not how we ask the question. Grammatically, it sort of makes sense, but sounds very strange because we don't use get the way. We do sometimes use go with way: What way do I have to go to get to Oxford? but this is rather long!
Hope that helps!
