Hello!
Can you help me to clarify some parts of the transcript, please?
Hetty says: "we collect water up the top of the pit..."
Is there a difference between it and "at the top of the pit"?
Then she says: "we're going to be pollinating the jade vine..." why is it written "to be pollinating" and not "to pollinate"?
Thanks

Hi there
Could I download that video ?
If I could, how can I do that ?
thank you..

Hello Raspati,

I'm afraid that our videos are not available for download, as they are under copyright. But most of the audio content on our site, e.g. the Elementary Podcasts, can be downloaded for free.

Hello again,
what's the differences between these clauses;

1, please return it after use.
2. Please return it after using
3.please return it after usage or I can use after ' the usage. Am I right?

Hi Charles,

None of these three sound natural to me. What I've seen is 'Please return after use', though this is not a complete sentence to use in a text - it's what you might find on a library book or other item that is borrowed for a short time. The full sentence could be something like 'Please return the book after using it.'

I hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Hello! in the last seven days I can't see the videos in this section. Is just me or anybody else?

Hi Sanynevs,

I would suggest that you update your Flash player. To do this, search the internet for "update Flash player" and follow the instructions there.

After you do this, if you're still not able to see the video, please let us know. It would be very helpful if you could tell us what kind of device you're using, what operating system it uses, and what browser you're using.

Thanks for your collaboration.

Best wishes,
Kirk
