The game didn't load
I downloaded the Adobe flash player and didn't load

Did you install the Flash Player too? What kind of device do you have, and what operating system and browser are you using? Did you get some kind of error message? If not, what do you see?
If you're using an iOS device, I don't expect you'll be able to see the game, as iOS doesn't support Flash.

I'm afraid we can't really offer any other suggestions. Without seeing your device and the settings and so on there's nothing we can do. The best thing, I think, would be for you to try to access the site using a different device (a desktop or laptop computer) to see if that solves the problem. If it does, then you'll know it's a device compatibility issue; if not, then something related to your internet service.
