Is it okay if I use both american english and british english, in a conversation with a british people?

Yes, it's fine. Conversation is usually informal, so no one will care that some of your words are American. On the other hand, if you jump from one to another too often, it might be a bit distracting for the listeners.
Most British people watch American films and TV programmes, so they will understand common American English words without much difficulty. If you use some more unusual American words, they might have problems. For example, I had to look up the word 'flatware' recently when an American used it.

It´s funny, is the same language and it has words with different meanings and some differences in the pronunciation, it´s a little complicated

Hello. I'm from Brazil and I found this storie very funny, because there are differences between some words in American and British English. But, for us (Brazilian, Portuguese, Spanish and Latin Languages) the most hard is the pronounciation. It's necessary very training.
