- at some point in the future, e.g. when automation fully takes over, ...
- Connect new paragraphs to what was previously written in order to achieve better cohesion, e.g. With this shift in focus, ... / The ability to adapt and be agile would also be essential ... / By equipping our future generation of workers with such business skills, ...
- When talking about future trends, use a variety of phrases to show the different levels of probability of things happening, e.g. to be likely to, to have the potential to, to be expected to, to be bound to.

I think that if RPA replaces our workplaces, anyway they will be controlled by humans seeing as the complex program of RPA will construct by engineers. Therefore, RPA can be performed only the ordered tasks, such as upon mentioned clerical and mundane works. In this meantime, employees can develop their business skills such as critical thinking, analyze the fact, and evaluating the solution to the problem. These can not be performed by RPA because of the lack of critical thinking so a human can take such initiatives in the future.
I think workplace of the future will change by shifting focus, also skills required of the future workers are bound to change. The business skills necessary for future worker to be successful will be transferable problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
