Hi. Thank you for the great contents. Any plans for Series 4?

Hi Jayoon

I'm afraid that at the moment, there is no plan for a fourth series. We are working on some new listening materials, however, so please keep your eye on the Listening section. It will still be some weeks or even months before they are ready, but by summer there should be dozens of new pages.

Hello,in this episode,I heard Harry said"I thought.....",the word thought was pronounced [fu] as the same as I heard Harry's pronunciation in another episode. But in dictionary it is [THot].Could you tell me is it an individual accent,or am I wrong about my hearing?

Hi Fred,

Yes, you're right. This is called 'th-fronting' (though most native speakers wouldn't know this term) and is characteristic of a range of varieties of English, including some found in London. I would still encourage you to use the 'th' sound in your own speaking (if you are able to make the sound), as it is more widely accepted.

All the best,

Hello jhen,

The phrases 'give it another go' or 'have another go' mean 'try again'. They are both quite informal.
