Hello,
The punter says: "it were crazy!" why didn't he say " it was crazy"? What would be the explanation?
Thank you very much.

Hello chris,

In some varieties of English, different verb forms are used and that is why he speaks this way in this case. In most varieties, one would say 'was', of course, and that's the way I'd encourage you to speak. It's great that you noticed this – keep up the good work!

All the best,

I'm still having problems with watching the videos, I've reported for this ,after that the videos suddenly worked on safari browser on my iPhone !so I thought the problem solved and that was two days ago . However, when I tried to watch the videos today they didn't work !! Please please please help me with that . and by the way I live in uk in case the region has any Connecting With the issue.

Hello aya-A-S,

Our videos require the Adobe Flash Player to work. iPhones and iPads don't typically accept the Flash player, so that may be why the videos aren't working on your device and I'm afraid there's very little we can do about that. I'd suggest you keep trying – if it worked once, perhaps it will again, or perhaps there's an alternative to the Flash player – but otherwise I'm afraid you'll probably have to use a different device to see the videos. Most any computer, for example, should work, especially if you install the Flash player.

Best wishes,
Kirk

i can't see videos since the web site changes...why?

Hello gillesparis,

I'm not sure! Please let us know what system and browser you are using and we will see if we can help in any way. A good first step is to try accessing the site on a different browser to see if it is a browser compatibility issues, but please let us know the information above.

Best wishes,

That was great.

Punter's accent is really unclear for me. Is it true that this is the informal accent in some parts of UK?
I understand Ashlie, Stephen and Rob's sentences very well. They speak clearly.
