Hello

I can't really say. If this is the only page which is causing you problems then it's a very odd situation and must be related to some setting you have locally. If many other videos on the site are not loading then it may be a compatibility issue, especially if you are using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet. I suggest you try accessing the site with a different device - a laptop or desktop computer - to see if this helps.

How can i download these videos?

Hello mamm,

I'm afraid these and most of our videos are not available for download due to copyright restrictions. Most of our audio content - for example the Elementary Podcasts or Big City Small World - is, however, so you might want to take a look at them.

I can't pass Task 4 because I don't understand these sentences fully.Please help me.

Hello Yin Yin,

I'd suggest you click on the Finish button to see the answers. Just look at the first one or two answers, and then see if you can complete the exercise yourself. Essentially, you have to use a passive form of a reporting verb (e.g. in number 1, 'is said') and then an infinitive (in number 1, 'to be').

I hope this helps!

I could not do the exercise 4. I do not understand. please I need help. thanks.

Hello Tereza,

The exercise is designed to practise the passive form 'is ..... to [be]' where the missing word is related to what people think or say:

He is said to be very rich.

The monster is believed to live in Amazonia.

Polynesians are thought to have travelled thousands of kilometres across the Pacific.

Try to complete each sentence in a similar way, using the word given in brackets. You can click 'Finish' to see the answers at any time.

Best wishes,

Peter
