Hello Sales Team,

I’ve got an idea for next week – see the attached file. I’d like to hear what you think about my suggestion.
I think Hatem and Patricia may be interested, so I’ve copied them in too. Let’s talk more at the meeting next week.

Regards, Samir

Hello Lilly,

In this exercise, the answer goes above the question, e.g. for the first one, 'New proposal.rtf' goes in the gap above 'Open the attachment'. If you do it that way, does it work for you?

Thanks for taking the time to report this to us.

Best wishes,
The LearnEnglish Team

I can't see the exercises in the different tasks, I can only see the introduction. What I'm suppose to do to be able to practice with your website?
thank you for all those pages.

Hello AF,

Did you try clicking on or pressing the word 'Task'? The exercises are working for me. That should make the exercise open. If that doesn't work for you, please let us know what kind of device you're using (brand of phone, desktop computer, etc.), what operating system it uses (iOS, Android, Windows?) and what browser you're using (Firefox, IE, Chrome?). We'll then check with our technical team to try to fix the problem!

Thanks for your help and sorry for the inconvenience!

Best wishes,
The LearnEnglish Team
