When I was a elementary student, faculty in school taught students how to look up a Chinese dictionary and assigned several homework to make us familiar to this skill. It was the time that i used a dictionary frequently. For now, thanks to the development of technology, it's convenient to look up a dictionary online or with some apps. I use it when reading journals, speaking to foreigners, and writing texts.
