, I'm not a true fan of meat or fish! I see people going for it, in fact they wolf down everything! You know, what's important here ,it is the way these bad habits spills them over into sth like zombies and they can't control their emotions and thoughts. One question here: How do you like to be in your life? 1. Chilled 2. Full of anxiety. If you want to find your way of life, just have a look to the other animals for example a cow,. A cow we know it as a chilled animal barely disgusting and meanwhile a lion, we count it as one of the wildest animals here. That's the way our diet affects our lives.
