I'm not sure what browser or device you are using, but on most, you must either right-click or press and hold until a small menu opens. There you should have an option to save the audio as an mp3 file.

No i usally do that ,but when i see the time its not good for calling someone like at lat night houre or someone maybe busy or at work ...etc i leave to him Written message not voicemessage

I make phone call in English every time I am in holidays a call the reception desk to ask for information or to complain. I also call restaurants to make reservations, but I never leave a message in English. So I try to translate the message I left to my friend 3 days a go « Hi nadia! Warda an me have been invited to celebrate the tree day at Bouchaoui park would you join us ? Pleas response me.»

No, I've never made phone calls in English, but I've sometimes left voicemail messages in English.

Dear British council Team
we like to make phone calls with our foreign guests in our hotel as they make them feel relax so during their stay they feel that some one is get ready to be as a kindly assistant for everything and to be a guide for them . we give them some recommendations such as
introducing the most important see-sights ,and the best museums , mausoleums aswell and also the shrines of the famous scientists and poets, in order to help them both to choose the tourist points and to help them to save their times .
our concierge part in our hotel send them emails but i never left voicemail messages in English poets . we have concierge part in our hotel, they send the guests emails but i v never leave voicemail messages in English.
