Marina: Hi, John, this is Marina Silva calling from Old Time Toys. Your colleague Alex gave me your phone number. She said you can help me.

I need some information on your new products. Could you please call me when you are back in the office? My phone number is 0-2-0-8, 6-5-5-7-6-2-1.

Yes, I usually make phone calls in English. Sometimes I call my friends. If I want to get some information from an organization or any other office, I often use English language. However, I rarely leave voicemail messages.

Yes i usually call my friends abroad and then give my whatsapp account, my email or facebook account

Yes I do. I make only phone calls in spanish that are local level when I need to comunicate with someone. It hasn't been yet necessary to make internatinal phone calls in english. I don't usually leave voicemail messages but if it is necessary, I make phone calls again or if the receiver sees the missed call, he returns me the phone call.

how can i dowland this listening
Hello gulsahk I'm not sure what browser or device you are using, but on most, you must either right-click or press and hold until a small menu opens. There you should have an option to save the audio as an mp3 file. All the best Kirk The LearnEnglish Team
