Hello Ibnelfais anass,
At the moment, we don't track users in this way on LearnEnglish, though that may change in the future, so it's really up to you to keep a record. A good way to do this is to note down which pages you have completed and mark them as either easy or difficult, depending on your score. Then you can go back to the trickier pages for revision later.

I was a shop assistant for five months, but before I was a taxi driver. Now a days I am working as a phone assistant, however I would like to work in government or an international organization.

There are many professions in the world. Each one has its own difficulties. I think the most difficult profession is the profession of the Teacher. Thank you for your attention!!! See you later

"doctors help sick or hurt people" and " doctors help sick , or hurt people" do you suggest correct usage of " , Or" , and only "OR" (without comma) .

Hello PrishEng,
There is no need for a comma before 'or' in your sentence, in my opinion, and I would not use one.
Remember that while punctuation has rules, it is a flexible system. It is possible, for example, to use commas around a phrase ('...sick, or hurt, people...') to indicate that it is an aside or an afterthought, but these are questions of rhetorical style rather than language rules.
