I would attend the session presented for Helena Clarck, about Management styles, because maybe it could help me to understand the employees point of view and from this, i could make a friendly enviroment for all of us.

In task 2 , is it wrong saying manage change and deal with conflict ?

Hello A. Farouk M.

Yes, it is correct to say 'manage change' and 'deal with conflict', but to avoid confusion, I have changed the first question so that all of the gaps have only one correct answer.

Thanks very much for pointing this out to us!

All the best
